Your satisfaction is important to us. However, as our items are perishable food products, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific, genuine circumstances as mentioned below.


1. Return Window

Customers may request a return or replacement within 24 hours of receiving the product.

⚠️ Because food items are perishable, we cannot accept returns after 24 hours of delivery or for reasons such as taste preferences, color differences, or delayed courier delivery.


2. Eligibility for Returns

A return or replacement may be approved only if:

  • The product was damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The packaging was tampered or broken before opening.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and unopened.

  • The original packaging, label, and invoice must be intact.

  • Clear photos of the issue (e.g., damage, leakage, or wrong item) must be provided.

Opened, consumed, or partially used products cannot be accepted due to food safety regulations.


3. How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return or replacement process.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please report it immediately (within 24 hours).
We will inspect the claim and arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.

Timely reporting and clear evidence (photos/videos) are required for claim approval.


6. Refund Policy

If a refund is approved after inspection:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Partially consumed or opened food items.

  • Minor color, shape, or taste variations (natural in roasted foods).

  • Delays caused by courier or external logistic issues.


7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only in cases of product damage or wrong delivery.

After approval:

  • The replacement item will be sent within 7–10 business days of return confirmation.

  • No exchange is allowed for opened or tampered food packets.


8. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or partially consumed food items

  • Custom or bulk orders processed on request

  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice
