1. Orders & Products

How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order for roasted chana dana or other products through our website or by contacting our sales team directly. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation message with your order details.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the product has been packed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.
Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. Every purchase comes with a GST-compliant invoice, which will be emailed or printed along with your delivery.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across India. Please contact us for specific pin-code availability if you’re in a remote area.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 3–5 business days, and most deliveries reach customers within 7–10 days depending on location.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real-time.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Returns & Refunds

Can I return food products?
Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or partially used food items. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrectly delivered.
How can I request a replacement or refund?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at customercare@babulalbaijnath.com. After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Are refunds available for all orders?
Refunds are available for cancelled or damaged orders only. Perishable products once opened are non-refundable.

4. Payments & Security

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Wallets. All payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and your payment details are never stored on our servers. We use trusted third-party payment partners to ensure complete security.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, COD is not available. All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment options.
