All orders are subject to product availability.
If an item is out of stock or unavailable at the time of your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

All products are packed and handled under hygienic conditions at our facility in Navsari, Gujarat.

2. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver products only within India.
At this time, international shipping is not available.

3. Delivery Timeline

After you place an order, an estimated delivery timeline will be communicated. Please note:

  • Delivery timelines start from the dispatch date, not the order placement date.

  • Estimated delivery dates may vary based on order size, location, and courier service availability.

  • We strive to dispatch all orders within 5–7 business days.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • No shipping or dispatch is carried out on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • The weight and dimensions of your order

  • The delivery address

  • The shipping method chosen

To view shipping charges:

  2. Proceed to checkout.

  3. Review the applicable delivery costs before confirming payment.

Note: Additional delivery fees may apply for remote or out-of-service locations, or for heavy/bulk shipments. These will be displayed at checkout or communicated before dispatch.

5. Damaged Items During Transit

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or contents, please report it immediately to the delivery executive and contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are approved only under the following valid circumstances:

  • Product was damaged or spoiled during transit.

  • Ordered product was unavailable or out of stock.

  • Incorrect product was delivered.

Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

All refunds are subject to internal review and verification.

Please Note: Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Minor variations in taste, color, or texture (as natural roasted products may vary slightly).

  • Delays caused by courier or external transport issues.

  • Wrong address or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only for valid reasons such as:

  • Product defects or damage during delivery.

  • Wrong item received.

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting images.

After verification, replacement products will be dispatched within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.

All exchanges are subject to inspection and must meet our return/exchange quality standards.

Exchanges are not applicable for opened, partially consumed, or tampered food products due to hygiene and safety regulations.
